I think this is the first time I have ever given Tijan lower than a 5 Star rating. However, I don't think it was Tijan. I felt a disconnect with Bran from the start and I think it was because it has been so long since reading the other stories this tale spins off from.

November and December is when I do my re-reads because of the holidays. I think I will read Tijan again, so maybe my rating will increase. Only time will tell.
