This is my fist Listen from my favorite author Tijan. I was impressed with the narration. I could hear the passion of the spoken words. It helps that Tijan wrote a story that keeps you interested. I loved it!

Review: Crushed: A Journey Through Depression
Crushed: A Journey Through Depression by Linda BjorkMy rating: 5 of 5 stars
I just finished reading. I haven't had time to prepare my words.
It was difficult for me to read as I too suffer from depression. I could feel the rawness. The was she was cut open and laid bare her inner demons for the world to understand.
As a people we are rude, quick to judge, and assume. We never take time stop and consider someone else's journey. Some people are lucky that they never have to struggle with the mental illness of depression.
It shouldn't be the focus of if you are walking the same path or not. You will leave this book with a whole host of feelings.

I can't believe I won! I'm thrilled. I have a family member that is also interested in reading for helpful insights on how to brand her idea and hopefully get a foot in the door.
On a side note, I have been waiting for this to come in the mail. I feel like a dork having just noticed it is a Kindle book. Now it's down loaded and I'm eager to get started!
ENTRY STATUS:
Can't wait to get started and add the information to my everyday routine. Fingers crossed this launches a career!

Brothers Black 5: Felix the Watcher by Blue SaffireMy rating: 5 of 5 stars
5 Star Kindle Unlimited Read
Outstanding read! Blue Saffire has become one of my favorite authors for creating fictitious worlds that spin-off each other. Even better is she does it without regurgitating the same book over and over. She builds story lines that revolves around the characters and sometimes over lap. However, each book has its own unique romance and she doesn't skip on action. Moreover, she creates powerful emotions with meanings. I can't wait to read more!

Yes, I love this world so much that when I finally made it through my massive amounts of email and noticed new releases... I had to start from the beginning. Review: Where The Pieces Fall
Where The Pieces Fall by Blue SaffireMy rating: 5 of 5 stars
5 Star Kindle Unlimited Read
This. Is. Real. Love.
This was an exceptional read. If I could, I would give it more stars.
I have a couple of friends with children with autism. There children are blessed as they are not defined by diagnosis. However, I know it is because we are in the field of social work they are defined or labeled.
This book touches the very need of human behavior. That is that we all want to be safe and loved. This is a real love, a true love. A love that sees beyond the eyes of man and into the heart of the soul.
It is a beautiful read!!

Noah the Beast by Blue SaffireMy rating: 5 of 5 stars
5 Star Kindle Unlimited Read
Noah and Rebecca (Bean's) story is the best of this entire world author Blue Saffire has created. Noah has loved Rebecca (Bean) since she was born when he was 5 years old, in one way or another. He has always been her rock. He has been a big brother, protector, and trainer. But above all that he has always been her best friend even when he realized that he was in love with her. It was fate that brought their time to now.

I have a sinking feeling that Tasha is going to either come between Sam and Ellen or Ellen is going to pass away. Author Blue Saffire has not revealed premonition that Ellen has had from her gypsy heritage. I hope we see more of Sam's story soon. I don't want to be left hanging.

Blowback is here...
5 Star Kindle Unlimited Read
This was book 7 in the world that Saffire has created. Up next in her beautifully designed world is Legally Bound 4. When I first saw the text message to Nathan with one word at his wedding, "Blowback", I wasn't expecting the Brothers Black. Wyatt is exactly what every man should be like; both in out of the bedroom. I can't wait from more from this big sexy band of brothers. Also, Kellie is truly a badness!

Don't touch what is mine
5 Star Kindle Unlimited Read
This is the 5th book in the world that author Blue Saffire has created. It's predecessor was Perfect for Me 1 also apart of the Kindle Unlimited Program, didn't hold a candle to our Val & Uri. I love the idea of a two stone cold killers having a heart, finding each other, and making the streets run in revenge.
Unfortunately, Ballers: His game #01 was left out of the Kindle Unlimited Program. I'm sure it was an oversight, as it has happened with other authors. Therefore, I will be continuing with book 07 in this world Saffire has created.... Brother's Black 01: Wyatt the Heartbreaker. Doesn't mean I will not mourn not getting to know Uri's almost lookalike footballer brother.

This is the 4th book in the world that Blue Saffire is building. Each series and their spin-off has names but the world needs one.
I wasn't able to draw a connection to the Legally Bound 1, 2, or 3 but I'm sure it has to do with the adults.
I loved the rocking story and the sweet lyrics. Off to start the 5

His Law: Legally Bound 3 by Blue SaffireMy rating: 5 of 5 stars
5 Star Kindle Unlimited Read
I know I have done nothing but love this series from Legally Bound 1 and have continued to sing it from the blog tops. But come on, the cliffhanger at the end of book two was the boys being kidnapped from the homestead.
I know that each book is backed up a bit to catch the reader up to date on the developing relationship. But come on... Once we got to the cliffhanger the boys just popped back up in the story.
Excuse me, but how in the Hell were that rescued?? Because damn, our cliffhanger here is that Uri is gearing up for mass murder to keep his Bella (Beautiful).
I want to know what happened with the boys Damn it!!! I don't want to read between the lines and jump to conclusions. After all there are at least two conclusions to jump to.

Beautiful beginning
5 Star Kindle Unlimited Read
This is my first read from author Blue Saffire and I absolutely loved it. Check what was not to love? The lead and side characters not only wore their brown skin with beauty they did it intelligence. Moreover, th e leads were an interracial couple and first came together under a mind blowing sex induced haze that Bobby masterminded just to f*ck his princess off his mind only to thrust her powerfully in his heart.
Bobby will stop at nothing to make Paige his. Paige will not be treated like a side piece, nor dismissed as important. She tosses road block after road block at Bobby until he melts her heart.
Unfortunately, this tale does not offer a happy ending. When the twins turn nine months old, tragedy strikes, bringing this beautiful family to their knees. The story continues...

I think this is the first time I have ever given Tijan lower than a 5 Star rating. However, I don't think it was Tijan. I felt a disconnect with Bran from the start and I think it was because it has been so long since reading the other stories this tale spins off from.
November and December is when I do my re-reads because of the holidays. I think I will read Tijan again, so maybe my rating will increase. Only time will tell.
